Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

Third-Party Rights
You warrant that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights and that you have obtained all necessary permissions for its use.
Limitation of Liability
Service Performance
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from your advertising campaigns. Performance may vary based on factors outside our control.
Liability Limits
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Third-party actions or claims
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
Termination
Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Specific termination terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
Immediate Termination
We may immediately terminate or suspend services if you:

- Fail to pay invoices when due
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
- Breach confidentiality or security requirements
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to services will cease, outstanding payments become immediately due, and both parties' confidentiality obligations continue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Dispute Resolution
